I have been a big lover of churrasco after experiencing it for the first time in Brazil. I've eaten at some other stateside churrascorias but the Rei do Gado in the Gas Lamp Quarter of San Diego has to be one of the finest. The service staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The decor was beautiful and the buffet items, separate from the hot meat right off the grill, was varied and delicious. If you're a carnivore and can handle the "meat sweats", go to Rei do Gado!
