Came here with a bunch of friends to celebrate a birthday and had a really lovely time. I liked the restaurant ambiance, and our waiter was very personable. We all decided on the Chef's tasting menu, which was great -- they even accommodated one of our friends who doesn't like fish by substituting for other stuff. The only thing I regret was that I wasn't super hungry when I went in, so I was full by the second course, meaning that I couldn't fully appreciate everything.

Best part since we came in at 8:45pm on Sunday (and they are closed Monday) is that they gave us each complimentary cupcakes to take home that were pretty yummy.

Went here for a birthday dinner and can't wait to go back. BB is in a nice quiet neighborhood in the middle of SF. Our waiter was hilarious, in a classy way :) Food was terrific - had the tasting menu with probably the best cooked salmon I've ever eaten. They gave us each 2 cupcakes from the bakery to take away at the end of the meal - just a great time.
