Came here as part of the SF dineabout event. I have been to Chez Mama many times before and loved it so I had high hopes here. Chez Papa is the more upscale version of Chez Mama. We tried a warm mustard and potato salad, steak tartare, a steak strip, and lamb. Everything was delicious and I'd definitely go back, though I may prefer the more casual Chez Mama just a wee bit more.

I love this place, a bit off the beaten path but well worth the visit. It's quite small so perfect for a special dinner -- the food is wonderful ... go go go!
