Founded by Sara Spearin, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, Dynamo Donuts is a popular donut and coffee shop that likes to use organic and local ingredients.  The shop rotates between a selection of 7 to 10 different donut flavours each day.  Lineups can be expected on weekends!

I'm not even a big fan of donuts normally, but this place is awesome. It's founded by a trained pastry chef who decided to apply her skills to donuts. So you end up with these high quality organic donuts in flavours like candied orange blossom, lemon thyme, and maple-glazed apple bacon. For these kinds of flavours, $2-$3.50 a donut is definitely worth it!
