This is a cute little restaurant that sits on the dock overlooking the lake at the Best Western Timber Cove Lodge. It's great! We were there for an early lunch on a sunny December morning. I had the Goat Cheese & Roasted Beets salad which came with beets, baby greens, a sherry vinaigrette, and the fabulous kind of goat cheese that practically melts in your mouth!
