Vacaville is not exactly your destination kinda restaurant hotspot, but still I wanted something a little different. Found L&L Hawaiian, which seems to be run by a Hawaiian family. I got the Lau-Lau, which is this taro / banana leaf wrapped pork dish that was really delicious. It's only a slight step above takeout, but I totally loved it. I'd probably go back if I was in Vacaville again. :)

When I read that people drive out here just for this place, no way I couldn't believe it. Well sir, you haven't had the lau lau plate because it's worth it. I think I'm going to check if Vacaville has any homes up for sale...
