I know it is chain and all however, this particular restaurant was incredibly accommodating to my wife and me. We don't eat out a lot because she is gluten intolerant and even a minor exposure to wheat or other gluten source will have her in pain for hours. They bent over backwards to ensure there was no cross contamination and the meal was fantastic. Thanks to the manager Malory and our waitress whose name escapes me.
