Start with a Martini (Belvedere, dirty, up)... order your bottle of wine (something full bodied and big to go with your steak) let them open the wine to breath, sip your martini, wait for the mozzarella to arrive... prepare your belly for the huge bone-in ribeye (medium rare).. drink the bottle (shared or alone), finish the ribeye and contemplate dessert ( glass of port)
