The guidebook I was reading said "go," so like obedient little lambs, of course we went. They have an insane assortment of syrups that you can add to your shave ice. Procedure goes like this: (they even write it down for you):

1. Tell them what size you want.
2. Tell them if you want ice cream (your answer should be yes, and it should be macadamia nut ice cream)
3. Tell them, then, and only then, what syrup flavours you want.
4. (bonus step), tell them if you want coconut cream, or regular cream on top.

For your easy ordering benefit, they have created popular flavour combinations such as tropical, rainbow. You can pick those if you want, or choose from the different flavours.

Verdict? I liked it, though at times I found the whole combination a bit too sweet. Nonetheless, it didn't stop me from going back and ordering again. :)

Jo-Jo's was phenomenal. So much so that we went back twice in three days. "Clubhouse" is definitely representative of the feel, like a shack :-) We didn't try shave ice anywhere else, but it was so good and reasonably priced, we didn't see any need to!
