Using a palate of flavors from the hills of Tuscany, Executive Chef Michael Hazen serves spirited antipasti and salads, including our signature garlic bread with gorgonzola fonduta, comforting pastas such as three cheese tortellini with veal-osso buco sauce and, of course, our selection of signature USDA black angus steaks.
All steaks are served with a squeeze of fresh lemon and accompanied by a choice of four daily housemade condiments or one of Executive Chef Michael Hazens signature crusts. Dont forget to compliment that steak with one of our delicious side dishes such as Tuscan frites, garlicky spinach or gorgonzola-orzo casseruola.
