New Orleans is not just about the Jazz but also about its rich gastronomy. I had the most wonderful experience in this restaurant - I chose the degustation menu that showcases Chef Emeril Lagasse's creativity talent - 13 courses accompanied by the optional wine pairing for each course - it was simply fantastic! The fish courses were the stars of the show. Not to be left out of any gastronomic tour of New Orleans.
