I haven't been to many places in Baltimore, but Fells Point was fun! Lots of cute little local shops with plenty of souvenirs and history of the harbor area. Lots of quiet little cafes as well.

Beautifully renovated historic neighborhood by the inner harbor, just east of the tourist area. Great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Even has several quaint cobblestone streets.
