Emeril's newest establishment takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant & Bar. Join us for lunch or dinner in one of our stylish, elegant dining rooms, or stop by for a cocktail in the lounge. Remember the time when lunch was an event, cocktail hour was not to be missed & dinner with friends was a joy. At Delmonico Steakhouse, we remember. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is business casual with no tank tops for men. Sean Roe, Chef de Cuisine, and Mike Olsen, General Manager, are dedicated to providing you with that memorable dining experience.

If you are looking for a great place to eat steak in Vegas this is the place. A little pricey, but well worth it.
