America's most celebrated chef, Wolfgang Puck, brings his award-winning San Francisco restaurant, Postrio, to Las Vegas and the Grand Canal Shoppes. Chef Puck and Executive Chef Mark Sandoval present a menu of seasonal American cuisine in two wonderful dining experiences, perfect for both casual and more formal dining. In the main dining room, indulge in savory seafood and grilled steaks, from the Mesquite-Grilled Kansas City Steak with fingerling potatoes and garlic aioli to the Organic Salmon with roasted vegetables and shallot-herb butter. The dining room surrounds guests in an intimate atmosphere, creating a unique and elegant dining experience. The more casual café menu features a wide array of appetizers, fresh pastas, Wolfgangs signature wood-oven baked pizzas and enticing entrees including the famous Lobster Club Sandwich, all served while overlooking the Carnivale atmosphere of St. Marks Square.
