I came across the Playwright Celtic Pub as a means to satisfy my fish and chips craving during a lunchtime layover at New York's Port Authority Bus station... and satisfy it did! In fact, it was one of the tastiest fish and chip meals I have had in a very long while. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable in the bar area and the menu had a decent variety. They serve Irish breakfast all day. ...I'd give them another try if I am ever in the area!
