Tavern on the Green is a fun experience while in Central Park. You know you're in for a treat when you see all the shrubbery in the front neatly trimmed to represent different animals. I was there for an afternoon in the summer and it hit the spot with the great atmosphere, relaxation, and beer in hand.

I love the patio with chic fabric covered lamps winding from tree to tree, limb to limb adorning the night sky.  Maybe it's an aesthetic thing fo me, but I love to visit each time I'm in New York.  The food, wine and atmosphere is the BEST.  I met Ben Affleck there one night with my friend, Claudette.

Ashok Stephanie's wedding reception was held here. One of the most unique beautiful restaurants.
