As we move into our 12th year we still delight in the fact that every night at Flying Fish we have something new and exciting for our guests to discover. Whether it’s Monkfish from Maine, Opaka Paka from Hawaii, or Steelhead from the Olympic Peninsula, we change our menu every day to provide our guests with what’s fresh, what’s in season and well…what just tastes really good.

In the market in Seattle there are so many wonderful things! In the fish section the workers acttually throw around fish! When someone orders a fish men stand in all different areas and toss the fish around till it eventually gets to the person who wraps it! Its good entertainment!
