After having a suit made at one of the tailors in Hoi an you should visit brothers cafe! It´s called cafe, but is actually a restaurant, with great food, not that cheap for asian standard, but whorse it! Beautiful view on the river and the location itself is really cool, colonial style! As I was there it was quite busy in the evening so I recommend to make a reservation.

This is a nice surprise to stumble across, walk through all the way to the back and sit riverside. Eat delicious Vietnamese food to your heart's content. Highly recommended.
