A local franchise of Vietnamese Pho Noodle (particularly a Hanoi speciality), Pho 24 is considered by locals to be one of the top places to go.  The menu is limited, focused primarily on beef and chicken pho and the locations are usually quite busy.

The guidebook prices that I read were off so the Pho 24 prices were a bit higher than I expected going in, but still incredible value and very tasty at the end. Great midday snack or breakfast - plus given that Hanoi is the place to go for Pho and Pho 24 is the place best recommended by locals - you have to give this place a try!
