A charming restaurant called Hoi An where you can spend an entire evening sipping house wine (or your favourite international brew) over a 10-course set meal served with exquisite garnishes like carved carrots and fish cakes steamed in lotus leaves - all this to a live trio of lovely women playing local classical instruments.
