Located just across the central market of Saigon, Pho 2000 offered a very nice vietnamese food range with a very reasonable price... The taste are excellent and very highly recommended... Try their beef ragout with their home made bread and you will want to come back there again... By the way, Bill Clinton been there.. His picture with the staff are all over the wall... He put Pho 2000 in the map :-) But hey, their food is excellent...

My favourite place in HCMC it's the Rooftop Garden at the REX Hotel, had  wonderful times  there  every overnight we had when I worked on  the  ship.
