This restaurant is a true gem! Not only does it serve amazing Vietnamese food in a beautiful decor with friendly staff, but it is surprisingly very affordable. Everything about it is first class, but it won't empty your wallet. You can have a meal from 100000 Dong (roughly US$7). So treat yourself and have a taste of the high life for a bargain!
Make sure you make a reservation in advance as the restaurant fills up fast.
