  0126Just stay away from this place unless you are heavily armed or have someone heavily armed with you. If you dont mind the less than sanitary conditions its a great place. Do try it in the winter, everything looks beautiful in the winter...especially with the snow. It(snow) covers all the dirt and makes things look nice. Good tip? (0)  05927Lashkar Gah is the capital of Helmand province and is actually a fairly nice city considering the area of the world it is in. During the 1950s American engineers used it to develope canals in the area. There are some old castle ruins along the Helmand River in this city. Good tip? (0)  004Dont come here unless you have to.... if your alrdy here... well what can i say you have seen just as much as i have. Good places to go is Board Walk, U.S. PX, and the Bazzar on Saturdays. To dry and dusty, bring alot of chap stick and sun screen. Good tip? (0)
