Just stay away from this place unless you are heavily armed or have someone heavily armed with you.  If you dont mind the less than sanitary conditions its a great place.  Do try it in the winter, everything looks beautiful in the winter...especially with the snow.  It(snow) covers all the dirt and makes things look nice.

When on fabulous Forward Operating Base Orgun-E, Afghanistan, be sure to eat at the "Hard Rocket Cafe."  Oh, wait -- you won't have a choice! It's the dining facility, and it's either that or a tasty MRE.
