Located within southeastern Algeria, Djanet is an oasis city.  It is also one of the main gateway cities to Tassili n'Ajjer National Park, which is famous for its stunning landscapes and rock paintings. 

Djanet is home to the Djanet Inebirene Airport, from which there are direct flights from Europe.
