Awesome potential!
Very difficult yet to tour in Angola as luxury traveler - great for the adventurer! Take in the diamond mines, check out the roads (built by the Chinese) and notice that the elephants are still gone from the terrible 30 yr war. Be careful where you step if you are ouside of the cities. There are still landmines around the country.

Taxis are rare in Luanda and charge a fortune. Local people use a minibus service (Kangongeiro) to get around. Buses are blue, seat 12 and travel everywhere (but you need to know your destination to get on the right one).
