Roger's Tip on Antigua Island

A great Carabean island. Safe to drive and walk around outside your hotel / apartment. 365 beaches all with pure white sand and palm trees. History abounds with English harbour the place where Nelson docked when visiting the West Indies.

Kevin's Tip on Antigua Island
Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
Antigua is true paradise. The waters are beautiful and pristine with sandy bottoms, the beaches are wide and beautiful and the locals are fantastic. Bars and exotic little huts line the beach and water sports are plentiful.

AnGeL's Tip on Antigua Island
Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
This is the most dry island I've ever seen - not beautiful at all. The people here are very british and very snooty! I almost got arrested over one of the locals trying to rip me off!! Shirley Heights was pretty cool - they do a neat little outdoor party at night to watch the sunset - the views of the island and ocean from here are pretty incredible - this was the only thing I really enjoyed!

Try Steve, You'll Like It.'s Tip on Antigua Island
Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
Ahhhh, Antigua. This to me, is some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever vacationed on. Scuba diving, snorkeling...or just relaxing in the sun. Open air bars on the beaches along with steel drum bands playing late into the night. If you want a less "touristic" tropic vacation...this is the place!
