Saint John's, Antigua, Antigua and Barbuda
The capital town of Antiga. Bustling and full of local colour. Cruise ships dock here, probably a good place to miss on those days. Duty free shops along the docks offer some good buys if you want souveniers. Locals come here with produce each day to the fruit and veg and fish markets. Safe place to visit, no hassle from the locals who are pretty freindly.
Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
A great Carabean island. Safe to drive and walk around outside your hotel / apartment. 365 beaches all with pure white sand and palm trees. History abounds with English harbour the place where Nelson docked when visiting the West Indies.

Dining out in the Caribbean is fairly expensive, so you might want to pick accommodations with kitchens in them so that you can save some money on meals or pick accommodations that include your meals.
Antigua Island, Antigua and Barbuda
This is the most dry island I've ever seen - not beautiful at all. The people here are very british and very snooty! I almost got arrested over one of the locals trying to rip me off!!
Shirley Heights was pretty cool - they do a neat little outdoor party at night to watch the sunset - the views of the island and ocean from here are pretty incredible - this was the only thing I really enjoyed!

A Must is the Saturday night sunset BBQ at Shirley Heights. The food, view, live steel pan band and ambiance is fantastic while watching the sun go down.Great atmosphere.
