Travel Tips for Transportation in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
During the day you can take buses and taxis. During the night it is better to get a Radio-Taxi (ask somebody to call him). The driver will give you a password so you know he is the man.
Because of the devaluation of the Argentinian money price to take a taxi is low. We hired one the complete night to visit the restaurant and the different milonga's (places to dance tango Milonga).

Enjoy!

Steer clear from the tourist trap restaurants, stores and nightclubs. When in Buenos Aires, try to rough it up a little bit and do as locals do.
Also always exchange money upon arrival, otherwise use ATM and don't forget to exchange all your currency upon leaving, otherwise you will be stuck with bad currency exchange rates abroad!
Travel light as you will always find a bargain!
Careful with cabs, they are very Paris-style and will take you for a nice ride in favor of their meter!
