10165Wollongong has definitely got some of the best beaches and one of the most amazing buddhist temples.
It is an extremely multicultural place with lots of great food!
I recomend you ask the locals for restaurant recommendations since there are way too many to list here!
Having said that, Mylan is definitely one of the best places for lunch or dinner.
If you want a good night out, the North Gong, Ivory, Glasshouse, 151, and the Illawarra, are the best places to go depending on what nightlife you like.
I would stay at The Novotel North Beach since it is in the best location, just across the road from the beach.
Make sure you go sky diving. It is the best experience!

0013Overall a great place to live with great beaches, surf (Sandon Point) and sand. Pubs and Cafes far better than Coogee Bay Hotel!!! Friendly locals but a VERY multicultural place so be aware of that.

0423If you're in for a surf, go to wollongong! They have really nice beaches, en a lot of great surfspots.
