  0183Sankt Poelten is the capitol of Lower Austria, but nobody understands why. The city is very small and ugly. Nearly all residents are old and can not drive very well with their cars. I´ve only lived in Poelten for 2 years, because i´ve studied at the University of Applied Sciences. Good tip?
