The largest water reservoir in Azerbaijan, considered the country's heart. Gorgeous parks and restaurant area by the water. Great people and interesting street food market.
Get your bike there if you got the chance. Very green area.

Lots of ppl living there are refugees who had their houses burned or taken by Armenia army during previous, sort of present war.
