Travel Tips from people who've been to Brugge
Brugge is a small town in Belgium. It is beautiful and quiet. If you meet their festival-the Procession of the Holy Blood, then you can definitely stay a full day there.
The festival happen once per year around April and May. There will be large scale parade and church ceremony. All performers will wear Mid age clothes and display Bible story.
Getting there is easy, just take metro to Gare de Midi. There are many trains to there and special promotion during weekend. You can buy return bus ticket when you arrive Brugge or simply walk to the town centre which is quite close and within 10 min. Then you can take a map in Tourism centre and start to wonder in the town.

Fairy-land, jewel-box, make-believe--all could easily be descriptions of Brugge. This exquisitely preserved Belgian town is a step back in time, and a day engaged in the rather touristy pursuit of skimming along its canals is a day well-spent. It's all gabled houses and narrow lanes and preening swans; yes, there are attendant hordes of tourists, but if you can make it there in the off-season or if you are able to stay overnight, you'll be able to see it without the tour bus crowds. Either way, though, it's really difficult to not fall under its spell.

It"s a marvelous old town which is called "Venice of the north". Channels, old buildings and narrow streets are charming you. Attention ! You can fell in love, if you visit this town in autumm. Changing colors on trees near the channels and ambience on the air may easily affect your feelings.
