You must have dinner at les Caprices de Sainte-Anne. The food is excellent, the wine and beer selection will give you ample choices to spend the entire night... do not hesitate to invite the owner for a drink, he is the one who will prepare your great meal. Looking for affordable accomodation, ask the owner of the Caprices de Sainte-Anne. He owns a very nice B&B that is s a few steps from the restaurant.
