003Belmopan is the capital of Belize and is mostly governmental. It is a good place to stop over while travelling, but I recommend San Ignacio as a base town if you want to do any sight seeing out west.

0017didnt actually visit belmopan but went to belize city.pretty poor country.nice people,will do anything to help.went to jungle and in2 caves to do cave tubing,pretty cool.shame about the bugs

0723If you're driving, be careful about the crosswalks. They are raised platforms that you have to go slowly over.
