great place, might take some getting used to be people just tend to let you do what you want but are friendly when you ask for help to get around

Unfortunatly there are at the moment white skinned people not really welcome :-( Take care and ask in local hotels where it is save to go and go out in groups!

Very friendly people. Always helpful, but also some beggars. High unemployment rate also means many alcoholics
