Be very careful in this city! try not to stay in traffic jam in centrum of city. If you drive at night in city - never stop in traffic lights. There are lot of criminals and it's not a joke. There are lot of nice shopping centers in this BIG city. Also you can visit Edificio Italia (this building has more then 40 floors, there is nice restaurant in the last floor) - there is beautiful view to city at night.
