best way to travel is to rent a sailing boat , from tortola , moorings intl' rents nice boats with full equipment . Sailing is not difficult , good maps and good moorings near the islands . To sail to the american virgin islands you'll need a visum. End your vacation on tortola in hotel ' sebastian on the beach ' , and enjoy paradise
