Veliki Preslav is, unfortunately, not really an exploited turistic attraction. However, one can see the remains of the second capital of the Bulgarian mideval empire, which include the walled in city and a church. The remains are more imposant then thos of the first capital, although the first one was bigger. It is a very worthy tourist/historic sight.
