0212The locals call it the "WACK"
This is a very scenic area off of highway one. If is great for a sunday drive on a sunny day but not for much else. This city is located on an agricultural reserve. It smells like cow because of all the fertilizer so if your taking a sunday drive don't do it in a convertable. Highway one in this area has great views of the canadian rockies. The locals rate it as one of the most undesirable place to live in the vancouver area. I love the scenery!!!

002bring something to cut rain and wind - we are in the pacific rainforest and can have heavy rain at any time of year. winters tend to be moderate, around 40C, and summers warm, around 25C

002lots of hiking trails, ranging from walks to intense. pick up a map at the info centre just off highway 1 at lickman rd
