Only fun in the sun Go between Aug 6th an 10th for Peach Fest....both beaches on either side of the town will be packed and at night there are massive hotel party's and clubs

Penticton is an amazing summer town, not much to do in the winter months. If you visit you need to spend a lazy day floating down the canal, it is worth it. The two beaches in town are the best I have been to, besides the lakes in Ontario. There is so much to see and do while on vacation there and never enough time. If you live adventure try the parasailing they do at Okanagon Lake, it is a blast.

Penticton is on a chain of warm fresh water lakes and has a unique climate that makes it a great place to grow fruits.  It has the best peaches I have ever had.  Great people and a fun night life.  The summers are warm with cool evenings.
