Early mornings (right before the sunrise) offer the most rewarding experiences for explorers of the Northern coasts of Nova Scotia. One can encounter a panicked mother moose stuck between two buildings while her offspring admires the sight from the safety of a house deck or enjoy the sight of a whale pack playing right off the coast.
