I didn't have a chance but look for fishing tours the people here make a living off of it. Souvenirs are everywhere set aside money for that and plan to negotiate a little. If you are there for their festival, bring your camera, hang on to it tight and hang on for the ride. It's an insane party that spans the island. If you can't deal with the insanity, a hotel balcony is a good place to hide and get pictures. The woman that owns the internet cafe in the town center is wonderful, British and a good source of information.
