go to stingray city. by far the best snorkeling! the stingrays are in the wild, and there's toms of them! the experience is way better than swimming with them in an aquarium.

Off the ship, you could take a cab to the nearest beach. It's worth to go to the beach. The sand is very whaite and water is not that salty.

Rum cake fills the streets, Caribbean rythmes fill the air, and offshore is one of the many "stingray cities" where rays fill the water, and you can pet them freely, so long as you're not Steve Irwin.

Definately take a boat out to Stingray City; you'll get to swim with THOUSANDS of stingray in 3ft water about 2 miles off the coast. Truly Fascinating. 7 Mile Beach is the "nice beach" but also by far the most expensive to stay at. If you can afford it, the Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton are two great places to stay. If your on a budget, thats fine too, but you won't be right on the beach.
