  17116Yes, I went Taiwan again... I would recommend people to go during November period. The climate will be changing this time., so clothings will be on sale. Best time to shop!! For those who seeks adventure, you can go over during the month of June/July. You can go for White Water Rafting in Taitung. People of Taiwan are very friendly.
