don't miss to visit shaolin temple.it's just 10 km from dengfeng.birth place of chinese martial arts. althought it has became a touristic attraction if you love martial arts you will find your place.
Near Shaolinsi you can find a lot of martial arts school which accept also foreigners. I recommend Epo wushu college
