Nicer place to stay then Guilin which is a big city,while Yangshou is morekind of a towen,the towen panorma into the river and rocks is amazeing.

fYangshou is a center for many activites in the area u can rent a bicle and explore the villages and landscapes in the area like the moon hill{a krast rock with an hall and a nice places to view the rocks.

Near the moon hill u can encounter two water caves.

The towen itself offers night life lots of bars cafes and clubs.

also big market wuth good prices if u want to shop .i recomend foot massage good price around 5$ for an hr,one i found in the main street from the Bamboo inn.

I recomend the night light show very good show with boats singing dancing little acrobativ that leaves the audince hipnotize u can book threw your hostel,some may find it pricey but i found it worth every cent.

Another attraction is the cruz on the Lee river also orgonized by your hostel,better to check prices there are many tourist agency and pepole in the street who come and bother u in order to sell u a tour ,i recomend the Bamboo inn hostel its prices are the best i encounter ,though u can do it your self take the bus to the villge the cruz start and bargin with the boat man. for the bamboo boat cruz for the price the cruz takes 4 hr very enjoyble with stoning scapes of the krast rocks ,bring with u bear or wine to make the cruz more joyable lol.The last stop of the cruz is another villiges from there u can take the bus back to yangshou.

warnning in the area of Guilin and Yangshou of pickpocketting and in the bus from and two Guilin they may try and ripp u as a tourist the price is 15 rmb they may try to ask u more.
