Forgot an umbrella? No worries! During a surprise downpour, the shanghai entrepreneurs have it covered. Wherever you may be in Shanghai when the rain comes down, someone will jump out and offer you an umbrella. Of course they are at a small price.. but I would rather support a local businessman and stay dry than save a few kwai!!
