The Hotel Los Andes is a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but it includes towels (which the Hotel Emperador across the street did not) breakfast, WiFi, a gym, and a steam room for US$26. walk towards the blue and white church in the main plaza and turn left. it's a half-block down on the same side of the street.
