Puerto Cortes is a town ideally situated on the Terraba River with quick access by boat and highway to some of the most untouched beaches in the world. The town has great potential and if you are in Costa Rica's South Pacific you should check it out. It's growing but not too quickly and there are new places popping up, restaurants, guesthouses....
